Condensed Childbirth Education Course
Want to walk into birth feeling calm, prepared, and truly ready to meet your baby? Our Condensed Childbirth Education Course is designed for you. Whether you’re short on time, already confident in your birth plan, or just want to understand exactly what’s happening during labor, this course cuts through the overwhelm and gets right to what you need to know.
You’ll learn how your body works during labor—what contractions really are, how your baby moves through your pelvis, and when it’s time to go to your birth location. Then we’ll focus on what to do during labor: positions that create more space, comfort measures that ease intensity, and pushing strategies that help you work with your body. By the end, you’ll feel less fear, more trust, and step into motherhood with an empowered birth story you feel genuinely good about.

Course Curriculum
In this section, we’ll dive into the incredible anatomy of pregnancy and birth so you can truly understand what’s happening inside your body. You’ll learn how your uterus works and what a contraction actually is—beyond just the tight squeeze you feel. We’ll explore the pelvis and how you can prepare it throughout pregnancy to help make more space for your baby. You’ll also discover how your pelvic floor supports your body and how to get it ready for birth. And we’ll talk all about your baby—what positions they might settle into and how they skillfully navigate through your pelvis on their way to you. By the end, you’ll see pregnancy and birth through a whole new, empowered lens.
In this section, you’ll uncover what’s really happening in your body during labor—so it feels less mysterious and more empowering. We’ll break down the key hormones that drive labor and show you simple ways to boost their natural flow to help labor progress smoothly. You’ll also learn when it’s the right time to head to your birth location and what steps to take if your labor slows down. By understanding the physiology of labor, you’ll feel prepared to work with your body, not fear it.
In this section, we’ll show you exactly what to do during labor so you don’t feel lost in the moment. You’ll learn practical ways to ease the intensity of contractions, how to use different positions to create more space in your pelvis (and when each one is most helpful), and how your partner can truly support you—whether that’s with hands-on comfort or just knowing what words to say. We cover tools for both unmedicated and epidural births, so you’ll feel prepared no matter how your labor unfolds. By the end, you and your partner will feel like a team, ready to navigate birth together with confidence.
In this section, we dive into our favorite strategies for pushing, so you can feel confident and in control when it’s time to bring your baby into your arms. You’ll learn a variety of pushing positions and how to figure out which ones feel best for you in the moment. There’s no single “right” way to push, so we focus on giving you all the options—helping you understand how to work with your body and pick the approach that’s right for you. (Notice a theme? It’s all about finding what feels best for you.)
