Empowering Moms Around the World
I was really nervous about giving birth, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. I wanted to have as little intervention as possible during my pregnancy and birth, but I wanted my husband and I to feel empowered to make decisions regarding interventions or procedures if we needed to. Finding an in person birth class during the pandemic wasn’t possible, and I am so glad we found MamasteFit. Not only did I follow them for great advice regarding general exercise and pain-relief recommendations during pregnancy, but their labor and delivery course + supplemental webinars were fantastic. The ladies provided unbiased and evidence-based information in digestible pieces so that we could pace ourselves while we learned and feel competent in understanding a pretty complicated process (birth is amazing but can be so intimidating.) I will repeat the course for baby #2! I am always learning something new when I follow along on Instagram, and I recommend the course to everyone. We had a wonderful birth experience and are ready to do it again!
As a 12-year fitness instructor and public health professional, as soon as I became pregnant I wanted to get a better understanding of how to support myself, friends, and clients through pregnancy and beyond. I am so grateful to have found MamasteFit!
I started off trying out their 40-week prenatal strength and conditioning program and was so impressed by the detailed level of programming that I wound up signing up for their Pre/Postnatal certification course for fitness trainers. I have learned so much throughout the course - both Gina and the guest lectures do a wonderful job at breaking down common issues for pre/post natal clients, provide a thorough deep dive into potential complications, and truly deliver on a 360 degree approach to supporting clients with the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of pregnancy and birth.
I now attend their zoom webinars regularly to add to my learnings and as I approach my third trimester I can confidently say that this first time mom feels knowledgeable and ready for what’s to come! Thank you both!
I loved the prenatal fitness program. I was able to start my first trimester and felt great. Unfortunately, I had to pause working out beyond light walking and yoga due to bleeding, but planning to hit the ground running after this sweet baby is born. Thank you for a great program! Truly empowers mamas.
I took the MamasteFit pushing course to prepare for the birth of my second baby after my first baby was over 11lbs, I pushed for over an hour and on my back, she had shoulder dystoica, aspirated meconium, needed resuscitation and went straight to the NICU for a week. I broke my tailbone and burst ALL of the blood vessels in my eyes. I desperately wanted my second birth to look and feel different and better! Using the techniques I learned in this course, I was able to manage contractions really well and pushing was... dare I say "easy"?! I waited for that fetal ejection reflex to kick in and BOY DID IT! I accidentally had a home birth because my baby was born after just over a 2 hour labor- but it was amazing and healing and so redemptive. I also just had my 3rd baby a week ago in a planned home birth and had another amazingly smooth and short labor. About 12 minutes of pushing and no tearing for a 10lb 7oz baby girl! Thank you MamasteFit for such great pushing info!
6 hours postpartum, this is my favorite photo of me I’ve ever taken. Not because of how I look necessarily, but because of what I did. I’ll never forget how I felt in this moment. Beautiful, strong, and capable! I felt so prepared for this labor and delivery, so unlike my first delivery 3 years prior. Thanks to the Mamaste Fit courses, I knew exactly what was happening with my body and then knew exactly what it needed for support in those moments - and because of that assurance, even when things got “off plan” I STILL knew what my body needed at any given point. Birth is magical, natural, sacred, and beautiful and ugly all at the same time. Thank you MamasteFit for teaching women the ins and outs, the how and why, and allowing us to feel supported, prepared, and empowered.
I did the Complete Childbirth Education Course and can’t recommend it enough! Even if you’ve had a baby before there is so much you can learn! Doing the course made me so confident in making choices for my birth plan and making choices when I was 41 +5 and needed to be induced. My husband also felt like he was able to be the best and supportive partner during labor as we did the course together. There’s nothing better than feeling like you know what you’re doing even when you’ve never done it before. Knowledge is power! This course will be my gift to any friends I find out that are having a baby!
Their prenatal workout program rocks!! This is my 2nd pregnancy (1st pregnancy I worked out nonstop since the beginning). This one I was more cautious and finally when I got my energy back I joined their programming at 2nd trimester and never felt better. They provide MANY modifications and are readily available for questions or concerns. I recommend this to ANY mama to be! I’m excited to do their postpartum workout program when that time comes.
love MamasteFit! I purchased their VBAC course a few months prior to the birth of my second. My first son was posterior resulting in a c section after 3 hours of pushing. I took a Lamaze class during my first pregnancy but it did not really help me prepare at all. The VBAC prep course was the total opposite and so helpful for understanding different birth positions and ideas for labor and pushing. I love that the course gave ideas for an epidural as well and opinions and options were really non biased and not presented in a way that one seemed better than the other. I felt confident and way more prepared after the course. I was successful with my VBAC and my second was born after 1 hour of pushing!
My partner and I attended the in person childbirth education course before the birth of our first child in 2021. We took the course early on in my pregnancy (~12 weeks) and I am so glad we did because it led to some meaningful discussions with each other and our care providers and what type of birth I wanted. I felt educated and empowered after taking the course to advocate on behalf of me and my baby during my pregnancy. I really liked that the in-person session was hosted in a small group setting where I felt comfortable asking uncomfortable questions or speaking up if I didn't understand something. I also liked that it was a one time course because that worked better for our family's schedule. As I got closer to my estimated delivery, I also liked that we had online access to course materials for reference. MamsteFit has continued to be the primary source I use for pregnancy and postpartum related wellness information. I trust Gina and Roxanne and have recommended their courses and their free content to many friends.
I'm a marathon runner and was determined to keep running during pregnancy, but in my second trimester I started getting terrible pelvic pain every time I ran and back pain all day after. I had heard of the Mamastefit Pelvic Stability program and decided to give it a try. I can't recommend it highly enough. These aren't the same old moves you get in physical therapy -- every exercise incorporates an upper body and lower body move to target the "slings" that keep your whole body connected. After just 3 weeks, my pelvic pain vanished and never returned. I've been recommending this program to every pregnant person who complains of pelvic pain, and I was so impressed I bought a postpartum recovery program too.
I took the Mamastefit VBAC course and loved it. It was a wealth of knowledge! I felt very confident going into give birth to my son. While, the breaking of my water at the hospital caused his position to shift into my left hip, a couple scary decels, and chorio led to me asking for a c-section. I knew it wasn’t because I went in blind. That I did my best. All of that combined with their amazing course I took, made me ultimately okay with my decision. 100% recommend!
I am taking the postnatal fitness course. It is the perfect balance of respecting that our bodies are still healing from birth, and challenging ourselves to get back to fitness. I tried another plan and Mamastefit's was the one that made me feel I AM working out while addressing my diastasis recti.
I took the online VBAC preparation course. Although I have already took another VBAC and birthing course, Mamastefit's one provided me with a wealth of knowledge and tools that were completely new to me and proved to be crucial in achieving my VBAC and having a beautiful, empowered birth. I loved how the videos were broken down in small lessons that we could watch at our convenience, and how didactic they were. My husband watched them all and had the same opinion.
I took the newborn course and learned a lot! This was my second baby, but I could not remember a lot from the first one, and this one proved to be super helpful. For example, in her first week of life, my baby girl had a little bit of blood in her diaper coming from her vagina, and I knew that was no cause for concern thanks to this course (I was able to calm my husband when he freaked out and the pediatrician confirmed everything in our next appointment).
I absolutely loved the MamasteFit Prenatal workouts! I enjoyed learning how to move and support my pregnant body as my little boy grew. I credit the program for keeping me fairly comfortable in pregnancy up until about week 35! Also thanks to the labor prep in the last weeks I was able to deliver my 11lb 4oz baby vaginally without an epidural! I recently went to see a pelvic floor PT for a postpartum evaluation and was excited to hear that I had no diastasis recti! My PT was shocked based on the size of my son that my abdominal muscles had come back together! I have just started that MamasteFit postpartum return to fitness and not only is it a great program to help me ease back in to workouts it is also easy to do around a newborns "schedule". Gina and Roxanne are also super responsive to any issues or changes I need made to my program.
I 100% fully recommend MamasteFit training programs!! Worth every penny!!
I’m in week 5 of Return to Running and could not be happier with this program! It has exceeded my expectations. The workouts are extremely doable- even for someone who has not done much strength work in the past. I love it because the progression has given me so much confidence and has been helpful in creating a routine of taking care of myself. I’m feeling so much stronger already and have noticed great results already. I was hesitant about buying a program but am so glad I did! Highly highly recommend!
My birth was an unplanned cesarean under general anaesthesia. It could have been frantic and deeply traumatic, but thanks to the childbirth education course I had prepared myself and my birth partners for this possibility. My partner even remembered from my birth map that I wanted a vaginal swab applied to the baby in the event of a c-section - in the moment I had forgotten! But thanks to the calm and comprehensive education we received from this course we were able to navigate the challenges that arose without feeling overwhelmed.
I purchased the 2nd trimester workouts and have now done the first 4 days. I can honestly say that these videos are very well made with clear instructions, form cues and modifications. You also get a bunch of educational videos with your purchase to educate you on your pregnancy. I love that the moves are not only keeping me healthy and strong but also preparing me for labour. I am so glad I purchased this (wish I got it sooner!) and looking forward to a strong rest of the pregnancy.
This course is a WEALTH of knowledge regarding pregnancy, biomechanics of labor and birth, and early postpartum. Having access to the online information was great because I could pace myself, ask questions, and talk about things with my husband to prep our birth plan. Gina and Roxanne have filled the course with current, evidence-based information which is fantastic for knowing what is relevant today. I found that information was given throughout that is broken down into understandable segments to know what your body is going through as baby descends through your pelvis and knowing your options regarding positioning, pain relief, and alternative options throughout labor and delivery. I learned so much about what happens to my body throughout the process of labor, delivery, and postpartum. We also attended the in-person course which was helpful for my husband and me to try out various pain relief options. I felt ready when early labor started.
In December, my husband and I were relocating to the area and I was pleased to see that there was a local gym that focused on prenatal and postpartum fitness since I had just found out I was pregnant! After speaking with Gina, I knew I found my gym home for my pregnancy. I had significant SI joint pain during my first trimester which Gina and the other coaches were able to provide specific exercises to ease my body into it’s functional movements again. Whenever I had an ache/pain, an alternative was given if I needed to modify or a stretch or exercise was added to aid mobility. I utilized MamasteFit from about week 12 through 40 weeks of my pregnancy! I found it was a great motivator to get out of the house and keep my body moving as the tailored movements to your specific week of pregnancy was helpful in keeping my body mobile. I recommend Mamaste to all my friends now!
I went for the trifecta and hired Gina as our doula. We are so glad we did because she was a great support person who kept a level head and provided information during labor that helped me and my husband make better decisions on the fly. She also helped provide realistic expectations in the moment regarding my positioning and pushing strategies. It made me feel more in control as I knew what I could realistically do. She was responsive and proactive in pushing support and helping support position changes with a single grunt or word from me. She respected my choices throughout labor and gave positive verbal feedback as I was pushing which was super motivating at the final stage of pushing. She also captured pictures which is such a treasure to have to look back on and reflect upon what my body accomplished. She also does a great birth bun for when you need your hair to stay out of the way for however long labor is.
Yesterday, I had a successful TOLAC. I used this quote from your course and it fueled me throughout my labor “VBAC does not equal success, positive birth equals success.
I want to feel good about my birth experience regardless of how my baby is born.
I had a traumatic birth with my first ending in emergency c-section where I don’t even remember holding my baby for the first time. My goal was VBAC but more than that, my goal was just to feel more empowered and part of my birth decisions. Thank you for that. I’m a physical therapist and I can’t stop talking about the courses you offer to my pregnant patients. Thank you, again.
I went into labor on Wednesday. I watched your pushing webinar while I worked baby down, from 2.5 cm to 4. I used everything I learned in your labor biomechanics webinar and my first labor flew by. I checked into the hospital at 4 cm at 4:30 pm, and baby was born at 10:30 pm. I just wanted to thank you for the resources and support mamastefit put out that helped my husband and I through the birth of our SON (sex was a surprise until birth)!
Also important: your techniques helped me stick to my plan of an all natural childbirth! My husband and I were so thankful for all that we learned. Our sonny boy is healthy and enjoying one week of being earthside today! Thanks for helping us to get him here healthy and happy!
The 40-Week Prenatal Program was the most perfect program and I would sign up again in a heartbeat! Will continue to recommend to everyone!! Truly believe I was able to conquer my first time birth in <12 hours because of how prepared I was both physically and mentally.
Hi Gina and Roxanne, I just wanted to thank you both so much for your content and your childbirth education course. I just had my baby on Monday at 40 weeks and 3 days. He was 9 lbs 14.5 oz and I had the most amazing unmedicated water birth with zero tearing and following everything I learned from your course! Seriously I could not have done it without you. This was the most magical birth and made up for my first birth, where I ended up with a traumatic birth. I was really nervous that I was heading in same direction but once I committed to taking your course and making my husband do it (he was actually really into it because the first one was a traumatic birth for him too). I could hear your words as I was laboring and remembering how to breathe, move, and how to push. I had a very quick 5 hour labor and my doula didn’t even make it so my husband became my doula and thankfully he rocked because he knew what to do. Anyway, THANK YOU so much and Gina good luck with your own labor soon!!
I am a PT and have done a pre-natal course before but it has nothing on yours. I honestly love the program so much. I’ve had no pelvic or hip pain at all. Thank you so much.
Just wanted to share some observations and comparison to my last pregnancy to my current pregnancy.
My last pregnancy I was doing CrossFit scaled and modified. This pregnancy I’m using the prenatal fitness program. By 25 weeks my last pregnancy I was in pain and was peeing myself when I sneezed or for no reason at all. This pregnancy my pain is minimal and no leaking. My conclusion is using the program among other helpful advice posted by Gina and Roxanne I am better able to prevent manage symptoms. Also looking forward to the pp program again when I’m ready.
I have been LOVING these shorter workouts. Each time I walk away I feel like I got a good session in but it only took 20 minutes! I was and still will continue to work through the longer workouts with the C-Section program but when I have my daughter with me this length is perfect for her to keep herself entertained. When I first saw MamasteFit talking about shorter workouts I was so excited! This lives up to the hype and their standard of providing quality workouts that really get your body moving/functioning again after birth!
This just in: GRAB THE MINI PRENATAL PROGRAM! I’ve been an athlete all my life but have been struggling with the regular 40-week program. The mini workouts are exactly what I needed to keep moving and feeling good. In 17 minutes today I got breathe work, strength work, and mobility. 🎊🎊
I have to say, the addition of these new Prenatal Strength Mini Workouts have been a game changer for me!! Even as someone who is super comfortable in the gym setting & familiar with many of the moves from the longer program, I still sometimes struggle to find a full hour in my day to complete every part of it. I used to feel defeated when I couldn’t check off every box, but now with the mini program I can bang out a really satisfying workout that makes me feel awesome in 20 mins or less! I can even take the time to actually warm up and cool down properly 😂
THANK YOU for making these! 🙏
DAMN that felt amazing - challenging & fulfilling! It took me awhile to get the half kneeling press but I loved the new movements! I can’t thank you enough for helping me regain my strength.
I’m loving the prenatal fitness program because (former athlete and current workout aholic) this program incorporates moves I’ve def never done before and I love the emphasis for strong backs because obvi mamas need strong backs! I appreciate you guys 🥰
I just purchased the 3rd trimester prep for birth bundle!
I’ve been doing the 3 week pelvic stability program and it’s magic! I had so much SPD pain and SI joint pain that walking and standing hurt - and I was only 24 weeks pregnant! I’ve done all 3 weeks and by the 5th workout I felt a HUGE difference! Little to no pain. Now - I feel like myself again (minus the 27 week belly 😜). Since this program was so amazing for me - I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and got the 3rd trimester birth prep bundle. Can’t wait to keep learning.
This is baby #3 for us and our last and I want to have an enjoyable pregnancy and delivery.
Hi Gina and Roxanna! I signed up for a couple courses ( prenatal workout, birth prep, induction, etc) after following your account for some time. I just had my first birth two days ago. Wanted to say THANK YOU!!! I was very anxious since it was gonna be my first birth but I went in with a lot of knowledge and confidence because of you and your courses!! I knew what each labor stage is, what to expect, ear, drink, movements to do to help baby and myself. When I had labor stall, I knew my options and felt confident to communicate with my providers. When I chose an epidural I knew what I was doing and knew how to use peanut ball to help. It was not an easy labor and I still had a tear but I felt very informed and empowered and that really matters!!! Btw I didn’t even finish every video in these courses. Thank you for all you do. Knowledge is POWER 💪🏼
I just want to let you guys know. I am 17 weeks postpartum and I have dabbled in working out again. I have also been kicking myself because I was going to get back in full swing by week 10! But, I had a lot of excuses. C-section, breastfeeding (worrying my supply would go down), going back to work, and just plum tired. I did your first workout today and it wasnt my intense workout I’m used to pre-pregnancy. BUT I completed it. I did sweat a little and completed under 45 minutes. Some of it was easy and that was nice and then there was difficult/challenging part also. Thank you guys so much. It felt amazing. I am so appreciative of what your program did for me pre-natal and I have high hopes moving forward.
I started your first PP workout last night (just over 5 weeks). The day before my body was breaking down. I realize it’s because of the constant sitting and nursing, decreased movement, etc. I worked out up until 2 days before I had the baby, where my midwives recommended I stop and just walk from then on. I felt absolutely amazing after the first workout. Hip, leg pain is gone. I am a strong believer that movement is medicine, I definitely was ready to start now! I am used to much more challenging workouts of course, however, these workouts are definitely what my body needs now to regain strength. Looking forward to completing the 6 weeks 😊
I just did a few of the exercises from week 3 of the early postpartum course while in the hospital with my 7week old who is here. I’m sure I’m not the only one who is going to go through this, so I wanted to share and encourage others to try to do a few exercises/breathing drills from that early postpartum course. I can’t believe how tight my upper body is, but it makes sense since all I’ve been doing is holding him or nursing him. The exercises were fairly easy to do/modify in the hospital and I literally feel the blood flowing to all the neglected areas of my body. Thank you for sharing that course.
I’m LOVING this c section program. I did not feel this “connected” or “flexible” after my first c section. So thankful for you and your programming!!!
Hi! I’m in the second trimester of the on demand workouts and am loving them! Feeling strong and in control of my body.
I just wanted to thank you for your work. I just had my 2nd baby Wednesday and my labor was precipitous. I was 9cm when I got to the hospital and wanted an epidural but had no time. I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to manage the labor because it was a rough process with my first. I used the tips from your videos to help myself change positions, relax my jaw to help with my pelvic floor and BREATHE. She came out in 2 pushes before my doctor and my doula could get there. Without your info, I would not have felt as prepared to handle that situation “alone” due to the circumstances. THANK YOU LADIES! 🤍🤍🤍
I had a precipitous birth on Dec. 16th! I have no doubt that your education and workouts helped me succeed in having a successful home birth with my second child. Thanks for all your work and for sharing your knowledge!
Wanted to give a quick testimonial—I did your 40 week prenatal fitness program and my husband and I did the childbirth education class as well. I had a lot of pelvic symphysis pain throughout my pregnancy and your exercises helped a ton! As a CrossFit/weightlifting enthusiast, I also loved that the workouts felt familiar but focused on preparing for birth. The childbirth education class was adaptable to our needs in that we could pick and choose what we watched.
In the end I had the fully unmedicated birth of my dreams, labored at home for almost 8 hours, got to the hospital at 6 cm dilated and 90% effaced, and labored down for a long time so baby was fully dropped before I pushed for 20 minutes and out she came, with only a very minor tear thanks to her hand being in front of her face. The pushing techniques you coached were huge for me—I used the coughing technique to calibrate my pushing and I remember putting my knees together, ankles out, thanks to your guidance. I also had a doula and an awesome birth team that made it all possible, but your resources really set the foundation. Thank you!!
I started the prenatal fitness program around 20 weeks pregnant and did it up to 39 weeks pregnant. It was amazing and just what I needed. I usually do crossfit and was looking for programming that was still challenging but accounted for pregnancy and this was perfect. The built in mobility really helped relieve aches and pains later on in pregnancy. I was way more tired around 36 weeks, but still able to work out because the programming was tailored to each week of pregnancy and it gave me just the right amount of exercises to do.
Hi.
I would like to thank you and your sis. I follow your page and watched the pushing webinar. I learned some great techniques and had an amazing birthing experience thanks to all of the information from you guys. After having an epidural for my first three kids, I had a natural epidural free delivery this time and my experience was incredibly empowering and post birth my recovery was very short. There’s no way I could’ve done it had it not been for all the great advice and knowledge you guys give. So thank you again!!
Just wanted to say thanks for all the info in the birth education course.
We planned for and communicated to our birthing team for a vaginal birth with minimal interventions. Due to all your content we were informed of all our options and discussed when these would become part of our labour pathway.
Due to unforeseen events, we ended up having an unplanned c-section. But due to all the info provided we felt empowered, informed and that our birth was a really positive experience.
Two weeks in and already feeling less pain and have more energy. The pain in my back is almost completely gone, and I can tell my hip mobility is improving. Working out on my own with little to no direction was not preparing me for delivery, and with this program I can already tell I’ll be much more equipped and ready when we are ready to meet our son. Highly recommend this program! Thank you so much ☺️
Hi there! I joined the app based Mamastefit program at 13 weeks pregnant once I was starting to feel more energized and immediate fell in love with the program. I’ve always exercised and been active but wanted something more targeted for my pregnancy. Every day in this program I am learning new movements and challenging my body in ways I would have never done on my own. I love that the workouts have a lot of options based on what’s feeling possible for you that day or what equipment you may have. I’m now 27 weeks pregnant. I really appreciate how strong and flexible I feel after working out. The explanations of each exercise help me put it into perspective and make me know I’m supporting my body and baby the best ways possible. My posture feels so much better aligned after each workout and while I may feel big and immobile at other times of the day that’s not how I feel during these workouts. Thank you to Gina and Roxanne for creating this program! Highly recommend it!
Hello Gina & Roxanne
I just want to say a huge Thank you for all your content,I learnt so much on the lead up to my second labour that I didn’t know having my first baby, main thing I took away was to keep moving & changing positions regularly which I continued to do & moved my baby down very well & labour progressed quickly as a result.
I was 6cm at the time of the check my baby was then born within one hour of being checked, I birthed him in a lunge position leaning over the birth ball on a bed as he came too quick to get back into the pool but i was okey with that. Thanks again I am forever great full to have come across your page.❤️ the reels to demonstrate the labour positions ect so helpful! ✨
Hey guys! Finaly had my second this am! Loved the condensed guide! My water broke at 10:41 and we arrived at the hospital i was 2 cm and 100% with a-1 station and i did allot of your stretching and exercise techniques to move my baby down! He was born at 1:07 am with a 9.9 apgar and 8lbs 6 oz!
So I took y’all course 2 years ago after my accidental homebirth of #3. I didn’t particularly want to do that again (I have postpartum hemorrhages) so I wanted to know “how in labor I was” for #4. It worked great!! I also birth babies really fast so your classes are so helpful!
Fast forward to last week. I had baby #5. Again, I remembered your info from the classes!
I was at the hospital for only 19 minutes and baby came! Haha it was wild but again your classes helped me. I went from a 6 to pushing in under 20 min.
I kept a ton of your pushing tips in mind and knowing what to do when I felt pressure.
Thanks y’all!
Oh and Good luck Roxane with your pregnancy! 🥳🤩
Your site and programs are phenomenal. My doctor gave me no direction whatsoever on how to workout after other than don’t over do it. As someone who was doing Orangetheory 5x a week for years before this i had no idea where to start because all i knew was HIIT and intense. This has been a lifesaver to know how to slow down and give me motivation to start caring for my body again
I LOVEEEEEE the Prenatal Fitness Program! I love it so much that I'm pretty sure my
husband is sick of me chatting his ear off about how much I am enjoying these workouts after I complete each one. This program was a breath of fresh air for me after trying out another program that just wasn't the right fit.
The MamasteFit workouts make me feel strong and confident in myself. The videos that are linked within the workouts are tremendously helpful in making sure I am using the correct form while executing compound movements. The explanations within the videos and the multiple variations shown each time makes me feel that I'm moving my body that not only is good for me as my body changes, but also for the little babes growing with me. I am excited to move through this program and later work through the postpartum program offered.
While you're at it, follow them on Instagram. I freakin' love having them on my feed!
Thank you MamasteFit for doing what you do and building amazing programs! You truly made my pregnancy so much better! Sending virtual high five your way!
Hello!! I just wanted to take a minute to let you know I gave birth a week ago on 11/28/22 to a lovely baby girl after being induced on Sundahmy 11/27. I was able to have a successful vaginal birth (had a 2nd degree tear) but overall had such a positive birth experience especially after being so thrown and sad/frustrated/scared/confused about finding out I needed to be induced with only 48 hours notice. All of the articles you messaged me were very helpful and I also binged as much of your birth preparation course as I could before I got to the hospital and feel like my experience went so well because of all of your help and resources. I also kept up consistently with the 40 week prenatal strength program and truly believe that also was another key component to an overall great/strong pregnancy and birth experience. I look forward to starting the 16 week postpartum workouts when I am cleared to return to exercise!
Thank you SO MUCH for creating such a helpful, inspiring, empowering space for all things pre/post pregnancy! 🙏❤️
