Prepare For Birth - Workout Program

There is NO one movement that opens the entire pelvis–so all of those deep squats and butterfly poses are not going to cut it for birth prep! In our workout program, you will be guided through workouts that prepare you to open each pelvic level: the top, the middle, and the bottom + pelvic floor release workouts!

Go beyond deep squats (forget the kegels), and learn how to create space for your baby!

The workouts are between 15-30 minutes long.

The birth prep workout program is in the Movement and Teachable platforms.  If you purchase the program through Teachable, you will have access in Teachable, unless we manually add you to Movement. If you purchase the program in Movement, you will have access only in Movement unless we manually add you to Teachable.  We are currently testing the Movement app as an option.  You will maintain lifetime access to the program in the Teachable platform if we move away from Movement.

The workouts are follow along videos.  There are 24 total workouts, that can be done daily or 1-2 times a week.

This program includes full length workout videos that you follow and workout with at the same time.  There are currently 24 workouts in this program.

Each pelvic level opens with different movement patterns. The top of the pelvis is where your baby enters and engages and opens more with wide knee positions and pelvic tilting. The middle of the pelvis is where your baby rotates and opens more with one-sided open and closed hip positions. The bottom of the pelvis is where your baby is born and opens more with knees in, and ankles out. As you prepare for birth, you need to include all of these different types of hip movements to make sure you can open each pelvic level! Check out this sample outlet opening workout! The full and mini strength program are delivered via the Teambuildr app. The workouts are delivered as a list of exercises with demo videos, but you workout at your own pace.  This is a traditional workout delivery format.  You may find the first week or so of doing the program takes a little longer as you learn our exercises.  But once you are more familiar your workout length should decrease!
