Prenatal On-Demand Program + Pelvic Stability

Follow-along workouts that progress with you through each week of pregnancy (weeks 5–41) to build strength, mobility, and prepare for birth. Includes our Pelvic Stability Program to improve balance, reduce pain, and optimize alignment.

If you’re dealing with pain, our beginner pelvic stability workouts can help you find relief. If you want to supplement your current routine with deeper core work, our novice and advanced workouts will help you feel strong and confident throughout your journey.

It depends on your goals! If you’re mainly struggling with pelvic pain and want focused workouts for relief, this program is a great choice. If you already have a workout routine and want to add extra core and pelvic support, it also works perfectly as a standalone option.

However, if you want everything in one place — pelvic stability, core and pelvic floor training, plus strength and birth prep workouts — our Prenatal Workout Program is the better fit since it includes this entire program.

Yes! This program is perfect even if you’re not experiencing pain. It can be used as accessory work to support your current routine with core training and pelvic floor support tailored specifically for pregnancy. It’s a great preventative option to maintain balance, strength, and function throughout this phase of life.

The workouts are delivered as on-demand, full-length videos that you follow along with in real time. Each session includes a warm-up and cool-down, with total workout time up to 45 minutes.

Workouts progress through three levels — beginner, novice, and advanced — with 10 workouts per level for a total of 30 workouts. Each workout is typically completed in 2 rounds, with 1 minute per exercise and about 30 seconds of rest between movements.

You’ll have lifetime access to the program! As long as the program exists, you’ll be able to return to the workouts anytime—throughout this pregnancy, postpartum, and in future ones too.

 
 

It’s never too late to start! You can find relief from pelvic pain and improve stability at any point in your journey. Many clients notice improvements after just a few sessions. Yes! This program is a great option to help relieve pelvic pain and improve stability at any stage. If you’re within the first 6–9 months postpartum, you may benefit from starting with our Postpartum Return to Fitness Program, but if you’re looking for a standalone program to target pelvic pain and core balance, this one is an excellent choice.

This program includes full-length follow-along workout videos with beginner, intermediate, and advanced options so you can choose the level that fits your needs. You’ll also get an education course explaining the “why” behind our approach, plus 30+ workout videos to help you put it into practice.
