Frequently Asked Questions

No equipment is required, as you can supplement the classes with household objects.  But if you want yoga specific props, these are our recommendations:

  • 1-2 Yoga Blocks
  • Bolsters or Thick Pillows
  • Yoga Mat
  • Long Strap

These classes are delivered as on-demand videos, or full length pre-recorded yoga classes, that you follow at the same time.

This program is best for those that want yoga classes either as a stand-alone workout program or to supplement your current workout routine. If you’re still not sure what program is best, check out samples of each of our prenatal fitness programs!

So, you can join anytime!  Even if you’re in your last month of pregnancy, there is still time to prepare physically for birth!  And you can use the classes in any trimester! Learn from our years of experience supporting in-person and online prenatal, birth, and postpartum clients!  Our instructors have decades of experience working with perinatal clients–through fitness training, yoga classes, and even as birth and medical professionals.  It is hard to beat the expertise of the MamasteFit team, as our in-person training experience is unmatched.

Casey

Casey is a physical therapist and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500). She is mom to two little boys and has been practicing yoga for well over the past decade! Casey is passionate about supporting women continuing their practice during pregnancy and into the postpartum. She has designed this course to help you as either a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, or mom continue to support your practice.
