40-Week Prenatal Strength Program: Start in Your Third Trimester!
The 40-Week Prenatal Strength Program syncs to your current week of pregnancy so you can start it at any time! If you are 30 weeks pregnant, you can start at week 30 of our program!
The third trimester portion of this program includes 4 strength training workouts, 1 pelvic opening workout, and 1 labor preparation workout each week. Each workout also includes optional cardio recommendations.*
*Please note that the 6 workouts are optional! We recommend doing 2-3 strength workouts and 1-2 of the labor-focused workouts each week depending on your schedule.
The labor preparation workouts are solo or partner workouts that you can do with your partner to learn labor positions and comfort techniques! The workouts are delivered both as a written guide in the app and as an on-demand video you can follow with your partner.

The program includes circuits designed to release the uterine ligaments to make your baby’s descent and rotation easier for birth, and circuits designed to help encourage your baby into their optimal position!
