In our on-demand programs, the workouts are specific to each trimester, offering modifications for every exercise based on where you may be in your pregnancy.  

Workouts are 30-40 minutes long, broken up into 3 sections to provide ample opportunity for rest and pacing yourself throughout your prenatal workout.

The 3rd Trimester on-demand program includes preparation for birth focus! 

This program includes labor prep workouts that teach you different laboring positions and comfort techniques, plus pelvic opening workouts and pelvic floor relaxation techniques!

Prepare for Birth: Open the Pelvis and Labor Prep Exercises

We incorporate exercises into our prenatal fitness programs that ensure you have the movement capability to open the pelvis during birth!

Each level of the pelvis opens with different movement patterns:

  • The top of the pelvis opens with more external rotation of the femurs
  • The middle of the pelvis opens more with unilateral external and internal rotation at the hip
  • The bottom of the pelvis opens more with internal rotation at the hip

What causes labor stalls?  Sometimes it’s the inability to find the opening of the pelvis!  We hope to prevent that with our programming for you!
