MamasteFit Professional Mentorship Community
The MamasteFit Professional Mentorship is designed for perinatal professionals who want to deepen their understanding of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, pelvic mechanics, and pelvic floor function while continuing to grow their business and impact. Through monthly webinars with Gina, Roxanne, Hayley, and Casey, you’ll gain practical clinical education, research updates, case studies, social media strategy, and backend business support to help you better serve your clients both in-person and online.
Build a business that supports your clients and your life
Starting January, mentorship members will follow a monthly guided business curriculum designed to automate your backend systems so you can focus fully on the client in front of you.
Each month, you will complete one actionable step that builds a strong foundation for a sustainable, profitable perinatal business. No fluff. Just clear guidance and hands-on support.
You will learn how to:
- Set up your email list the right way
- Build email workflows and sequences that nurture and convert
- Create freebies that grow your audience
- Design social media automations that save you hours each week
- Grow your clientele both in person and online
- Build consistent visibility and authority in the perinatal space
I will also review your social media posts, captions, and videos to help you reach more clients and secure more opportunities, including brand partnerships.
Grow your clinical and movement expertise with monthly deep dives
In addition to business coaching, you get advanced perinatal education every month. You’ll learn biomechanics, pelvic floor concepts, clinical reasoning, and real-world application through our live calls and recorded library. You get immediate access to all prior deep dives, plus the new upcoming topics each month!
Asymmetry of the pelvic floor
Learn how pelvic floor asymmetry affects pelvic pain, prenatal comfort, fetal positioning, and even intimacy and sexual health postpartum.
Each deep dive includes:
- A webinar with Hayley (pelvic floor PT)
- A literature review and anatomy session with Casey (pelvic health PT)
- Case studies and clinical reasoning practice with Roxanne (CNM) and the MamasteFit team
- Discussion and application with me to help you use this knowledge with your own clients
Access my inner circle of professionals
This mentorship is the only place where you get direct access to the same experts who have shaped my own understanding of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
You are not learning from me alone. You are learning from:
- Pelvic floor physical therapists
- A certified nurse midwife
- A labor and delivery nurse
- Experienced birth workers
- Movement specialists who work with prenatal and postpartum clients daily
My inner circle has been the key to refining my eye for movement, improving my clinical reasoning, and supporting my clients through smoother births and more comfortable pregnancies. Now you get access to the same team that has shaped MamasteFit.
Plus, you get access to my entire team to ask all of your questions. If you’ve been wanting to “pick my brain” this is how you can!

Meet Gina
As the head coach and founder of MamasteFit, I bring a unique blend of expertise and heart to mentorship. With a master’s degree in exercise science and a thesis centered on prenatal fitness for birth prep, I’ve spent years immersed in the research on how movement shapes pregnancy, birth, and recovery. But it’s my hands-on work with countless prenatal and postpartum clients that truly sets me apart—giving me a real-world, compassionate perspective on what women need during this season. As a mentor, I combine evidence-based knowledge with practical insight to guide you in confidently supporting your clients.
About Hayley
Hayley is a pelvic floor physical therapist known for thinking outside the box. After her first birth and postpartum recovery, she saw a huge gap in support for women navigating life after birth—and made it her mission to change that. Hayley specializes in understanding the deep interplay of biomechanics, helping her clients achieve a better quality of life by focusing on them as whole people, not just a collection of symptoms. Her innovative, person-centered approach empowers women to feel truly supported through every stage of their journey.
About Casey
Casey is a pelvic floor physical therapist and yoga teacher with a gift for making anatomy and physiology come alive. Her deep understanding of how the body connects allows you to dive far beyond surface-level education—equipping you to better support clients in finding relief and comfort during this transformative season. Casey also nurtures the mindset side of care, reminding us that we’re more than just bodies, and guiding both professionals and clients to honor the mental and emotional aspects of healing.
