In our prenatal on-demand programs, the workouts are specific to each trimester, offering modifications for every exercise based on where you may be in your pregnancy.  

Workouts are 30-40 minutes long, broken up into 3 sections to provide ample opportunity for rest and pacing yourself throughout your prenatal workout.
