Coaching Hours:

  • Monday–Saturday: 9–11 AM
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:30–6:30 PM

Outside of those hours, the gym is still open for your own workouts 24/7.

Functional Birth Prep Workshop

You can physically prepare for birth with movement! In this workshop, you’ll learn birth preparation exercises to:

  • Open each part of the pelvis
  • Release tension in the pelvic floor
  • Support your baby’s position for an easier labor

We’ll also practice belly palpations to help you assess your baby’s position, deepen your connection, and understand how movement can influence your labor.

✨ This workshop is included in our 6-hour Childbirth Education Course, or you can join on its own.  This workshop comes with access to our online birth prep on-demand workout program!

Meet Your Coaches

This course was created by sisters Gina and Roxanne, who bring together years of experience caring for women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—both in person and online. Gina, a birth doula and fitness trainer, offers a wealth of knowledge from her work as a non-medical birth professional, focusing on how to trust your body and prepare it for birth. Roxanne, a labor and delivery nurse and student midwife, shares her deep medical expertise from countless births she’s supported in the hospital. Together, their combined backgrounds mean you’re getting a course that’s truly balanced—unbiased, evidence-based, and designed to give you the complete picture of what to expect, so you can feel prepared, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby.

We are located at 155 Allison Page Rd, Suite B, Aberdeen NC 28315.  We are off of US 5 just a few miles from downtown Aberdeen!

We provide individualized programming in a group setting.

What does that look like? It’s like a personal training session but with friends to workout within a supportive environment!

We have multiple programs, and each client will start based on the phase of motherhood they currently are in — pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Anytime!  We offer 24/7 gym access so you can come workout whenever you want!  

We do offer coached training times if you need in-person coaching support on Monday-Saturday 9-11am and Tuesday-Thursday 430-630pm.

No worries, our programs are scalable and tailorable to all levels of experience!

Yes! You can choose ANY of our fitness programs to do in the gym. You can even switch which program you are doing based on your current fitness goals and phase of life.

As an unlimited member, you will have access to the Teambuildr app where we will load your workouts. You can then come to the gym to workout with our coaches (and all your mom friends) with your prescribed workout programming.

We do not offer formal childcare in our facility, but you can bring your babies/kids to the gym with you!  

If you are looking for a drop-off childcare option, Pollywogs is located less than a minute away and offers a special discounted rate to our gym clients for 2 hours of childcare for your workouts.  For drop-off childcare text 910-704-9881 Mon-Fri 8-12, and Tues/Thurs 1-5.

We have a few pricing options depending on how often you want to workout with us in-person or remotely!

If you want to workout two or more times per week in-person, we recommend our monthly membership ($99).

If you want to workout 1-2 times per week, or mostly remotely, we recommend purchasing one of our online fitness programs and either paying drop in rate ($16.50) or purchasing a ten class pass ($150).  Drop in and class passes never expire.
